Our client is looking for a Client Onboarding Assistant to provide a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

The job entails efficiently managing client onboarding processes, collecting and reviewing necessary documentation, researching clients using the firm’s systems and public sources, conducting research and searches with onboarding software, and maintaining high levels of service delivery and professionalism.

Strong communication skills, accuracy, organisation, confidence, experience in a law firm or professional services firm, and prior client onboarding experience are all essential.
