Assistant Manager, Private Client

Job Description

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join their Private Client team. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding company and trust administration services, and mentoring and developing the team.

Principal accountabilities include managing the client portfolio professionally, assisting in the management and development of team members, liaising with clients regularly, controlling and managing periodic accounts, prioritizing work on structures, reviewing investment portfolios, attending meetings with clients and directors, seeking legal assistance, drafting complex documents, and stepping in for the Associate Director or Team Managers during absence.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, a proactive and organized approach, excellent understanding of Trust and Company administration, strong organizational and time management skills, a strong academic background, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
