Senior Compliance Administrator CDD (FTC)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented individual to join a dedicated team for a 3-month contract.

The role involves a range of CDD and Periodic Review activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and risk management objectives.

Key responsibilities include completing scheduled reviews for investors, UBOs, and controllers, raising action points, supporting briefings to Administration teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and updating client records in line with policy and procedure. The candidate must also support the wider compliance team with the Periodic Review Process. You will also participate in meetings, complete reports and compliance documentation, and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Qualifications required include previous experience in CDD, KYC, AML/CFT/compliance and risk environment, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and independence.

Training on internal systems, controls, and procedures will be provided, but familiarity with regulatory requirements is preferred.
