Job Description

 
This position entails collaborating closely with Client Directors and their teams to guarantee the efficient and timely deliverance of client service functions, particularly for a small portfolio of less complex clients.
The team collaborates to provide exceptional, resilient, and responsive client service, which encompasses regulatory adherence, invoicing, record maintenance, risk management, CDD monitoring, client engagement, communications, and task management.

The primary responsibilities of this position include the oversight of a portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundations, the maintenance of a pertinent comprehension of policies and procedures, the adherence to all relevant legislation and regulations, and the active participation in risk disciplines. The completion of new business documentation and orientation, the review and approval of client activities and transactions, and participation in the DayBox process are all essential responsibilities.

Key qualifications for the position include a minimum of two years of relevant experience, a Table 5 qualification or the pursuit of one, the development of a comprehensive understanding of pertinent regulatory requirements, a high level of oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy, an enquiring and analytical mindset, strong task and diary management skills, good interpersonal skills, and the appropriate and accurate use of systems.
