Our client has an excellent opportunity to truly impact a team of committed and competent professionals as the Associate Director – Funds position, for a motivated and gifted individual.

The Associate Director will handle a variety of tasks while offering secretarial, administrative, and management services to both new and established real estate and private equity funds. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with the Head of Funds and the Directors, communicating with the funds’ CFO and finance staff, outside parties (such as auditors), and any other external advisers required to guarantee that all matters are settled and deadlines are fulfilled.

Key duties include leading recruitment processes, supervising take-on and setup of new clients, managing people, controlling the performance of direct reports, comprehending career aspirations, delegating tasks effectively, managing team resources, managing client relationships and administration, and supporting internal operations.

The Associate Director – Funds (Jersey) position is demanding and calls for a blend of technically and commercially driven people who relish the challenge of offering their clients operational and technical solutions.
