We’re seeking a dynamic and motivational leader to become the General Manager for our day-to-day operations! In this crucial role, you’ll not only drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize operational resources but also inspire and rally the team around a shared vision.

As the General Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation, building strong customer relationships, fostering business development, managing finances, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Your ability to motivate and lead the talented team will be key to driving success and cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Bellpumps & Drains have been providing a full range of pumping, water filtration and drainage services to Jersey for over 40 years.  We are innovative and progressive organisation, this role is to support the long term strategic vision of the organisation and be part of the future leadership team.
