The key responsibilities of the role include responding to emails sent to the shared HR inbox in a timely manner, filing emails appropriately, and monitoring turnaround times on responses. You would be answering employees’ queries via email, phone or in-person regarding HR policies and procedures. You will accurately update employee data like absences in the HR system. Preparing monthly payroll information for the external payroll provider is another key duty.

The ideal candidate will have HR, secretarial or administrative experience along with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail when working with numbers, good written English abilities, and the ability to manage a heavy workload at a fast pace.
