Our client is looking for a Manager to join their award-winning corporate services team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote effective delegation in the team
• Be or become an expert in the products and services offered on team and in the wider business
• Take responsibility for an assigned portfolio of clients
• Collaborate effectively
• Assist with ad-hoc team projects
• Undertake reviews of financial statements and other legal/technical documents
• Produce and/ or review minutes, resolutions etc.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented for your clients
