Senior Conveyancer

Job Description

A Senior Conveyancer is being sought to join a well-established Property Department.

The role involves managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting thorough due diligence, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals, supervising junior team members, and maintaining a high level of client care.

Key requirements include a minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing, in-depth knowledge of Jersey property law and procedures, excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, exceptional client-facing and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
