As Senior Fund Administrator, you would be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and onboarding new and switch clients.

Your main responsibilities would include administering complex private capital structures, establishing new structures, and transitioning switch business. You’d ensure exceptional service levels and client experience throughout the client’s life-cycle, maintaining and developing client and advisor relationships, and acting as a mentor to junior staff.

You would also coordinate company secretarial matters, process complex fund operations, and ensure accurate execution and recording of related activities.

The role requires a positive, personable, self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn, understanding of quality client service requirements, experience in a similar funds environment, and a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
