Senior Trust Administrator

Job Description

In this position, you will help manage a portfolio of private clients, including trusts and businesses, with their bookkeeping, administration, and annual account preparation.

It would be your responsibility to prepare trust and company accounts, analyse monthly/quarterly reporting, assist with FATCA/CRS reporting, communicate with clients and intermediaries, attend meetings, ensure accurate and timely administration and bookkeeping, and make payments.

The ideal applicant will have a professional qualification in ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW/STEP, three to five years of experience in a corporate setting and with private clients, good analytical abilities, flexibility in dealing with different types of clients, and exceptional organisational, analytical, and administrative skills. Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities are also crucial.
