Training Manager, Operations

Job Description

We are looking for a Training Manager to join our client’s team, responsible for delivering current training on operational changes, process enhancements, and IT initiatives. This position focuses on the development and implementation of systems training initiatives for Governance Services, aimed at equipping teams with the necessary technical knowledge and training to effectively utilise their systems in providing services to clients.

The role involves managing systems training, designing and creating relevant training materials and course programs, and managing internal libraries of training materials and system-guidance documentation. Engaging with employees and business leaders to identify training needs and plan suitable solutions, assessing the effectiveness of training programs and delivery, and communicating regularly with the formal project and change management team.

The role requires a strong understanding of the global trust and corporate services industry, particularly specialist software like Viewpoint. Good people skills are required to manage different levels of expertise and learning styles across the company. You should have 5+ years of experience in the trust and corporate services industry, demonstrable IT experience, and be educated to degree level or a relevant professional qualification.
