Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our clients team in a role focused on managing and enhancing company administration processes.

The primary responsibilities include updating and maintaining Viewpoint systems, managing National Risk Assessments, and identifying and overseeing end-to-end procedures for company formation and administration. The role also involves managing ongoing relationships with third-party entities. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in trust and company administration, with prior experience in a law firm environment being highly desirable. Expertise in incorporating Jersey companies, foundations, and limited partnerships is essential. The candidate must also possess relevant professional qualifications, including a Table 5 qualification, such as the Foundation Degree in Finance or Certificate in Offshore Administration.

They are looking for someone who can thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and has excellent communication skills.
